Swiss Gruyère AOP

Having worked with key Swiss Gruyère AOP and Emmental affineurs, and specialising in Swiss cheese, today we have the most experience in the UK of anyone handling, grading, sourcing and supplying Swiss Gruyère AOP and Emmental to the UK market.  Today, we work exclusively with the only remaining traditional ​​and family-run Swiss Gruyère affineur in Switzerland, a principal member of the Interprofession du Gruyère.  

Being one of the founder members of modern day Swiss Gruyère maturation, this affineur is run today by the fifth generation, and is the only Swiss Gruyère affineur remaining that has retained its family heritage and independence, this shows through
​in the quality and consistency of their cheese which is cared for by hand.

Triple Gold Award winning Gruyère Cave-Aged AOP, for two years running, and also the John Webb Trophy winner, is just one of the fabulous quality Swiss cheeses which we can offer.  ​Our Gruyère is matured in traditional and dedicated natural caves.  We can grade and select by individual dairy to suit your specific needs.
