Greek Feta PDO
We work with the only Greek vertically integrated company for the production of organic and conventional feta cheese (PDO). They have their own fields for the production of organic feed, their own sheep to produce organic milk and their own cheese dairy for the production of organic and conventional feta (PDO) controlling all the parameters of the production process from field to end product.
The feta PDO is made exclusively from sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep and goat milk with up to 30% goat milk. This feta PDO has a protected designation of origin, is made from 100% milk produced on their farm and other bio-farms under their supervision in order to sustain exceptionally high quality standards and excellent taste.
