The winning Gold Cheeses were entered from 3 different dairies!

This is a unique achievement; 3 individual Gold awards at this highest level have been awarded for Gruyère cheese from 
​3 different dairies for the premium "Cave-Aged" Gruyère AOP; thus showing excellence in depth.    

​Other than our 3 Gold awards, only 1 Silver and 2 Bronze awards were given to ALL of the other Gruyère  producers/suppliers from across the whole ​industry, for Gruyère cheese within this Aged-Gruyère Category!

At the very first awards we entered under our own banner, we launched ourselves in winning style, being awarded:

​"Best Speciality Cheese - semi hard"
and we won:
